Report acts of corruption securely and confidentially

On this page you can safely and confidentially report acts of corruption or related infractions under the terms set out in the General Regime for Whistleblowers Protection and the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption. You can also report any irregularity or non-compliance with the organizational ethics, principles and values stipulated by Irmãos Rodrigues in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

The use of this reporting channel can be done anonymously, without the need to share personal data. Should the complainant choose to identify themselves, the use of this reporting tool will also result in the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection Policy and with the provisions of Law No. 58/2019, of August 8, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free circulation of personal data.

When submitting a complaint, Irmãos Rodrigues assumes that the complainant has taken knowledge of the Reporting Channel Procedures Manual and agrees with the terms therein.

The use of this Reporting Channel does not replace the mandatory reporting to the competent authorities in the cases and under the terms defined by penal and procedural law.
